We are proud to offer one of the best rent-controlled apartment communities in the city. 18 Brownlow is a community of residents who love where they live. From seasonal social events to gatherings to celebrate and foster connections among our residents, this is a special place to call home. Despite two decades of comprehensive luxury renovations, we have never increased rents more than the base legislated guideline.

Heat and water are included in monthly rent. Residents are responsible for their own hydro and internet/cable.

Our standard application requires proof of income, a credit check, and references. Once approved, we require first and last month’s rent via certified funds to secure your new home. Standard lease term is one year.

Yes, every apartment has a private balcony. The building also has a resort-style outdoor pool with sun deck, professional-grade BBQs, an outdoor dining area and a basketball court where neighbours and guests can socialize.
